This is the story of how we found a perfect cosy home in Provençals de Poblenou:

Our client was looking for a nice and quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds of the center yet well connected. He wanted it to be a place that combines innovation and tradition. Provençals de Poblenou is that place. This neighborhood is a post-industrial area in transition and hosts an interesting mix of old and new. Many old factories and workshops become nowadays creative workshops and co-working spaces. Provençals de Poblenou is also known as the ideal territory for artists.

Back to our client. He was looking for a space to renovate, a place he could personalize just he like he wanted. We found him an early 20th century flat a very bright corner unit, ready for a full renovation. We were asked to do that renovation and to preserve the original aspect of this ‘noucentisme’ apartment, and give it some modern touches.

 

Steven’s role was to guide and take care of his interests at all times. The client, inexperienced in the search for flats, needed security and confidence in all operations and decisions. Steven provided him with a full service and assistance, and accompanied and advised him throughout the process. Together, they found the perfect site in Provençals, a house of Neocentista style (1920) renovated but retaining its antiquity. The remodeling was a success.
